Skins returned?

Hi, I have noticed that several months ago the skins for several tanks disappeared. I would like to see the Progetto 65, Leopard 1, Action X and several others returned to the mod list. Is this possible?

Skins won't be back, their authors are not updating them properly and in time, I don't want put users to risk of crashes.
