could not recreate it on NA and EU server.

are you using a specific garage from hangman?, so i can test that too.
you could try to run the game in admin mode and/or clean the game cache (option at end of installer)
but that is just guessing.

The 'hang' happened again (after I had followed your suggestion "clean the game cache when reloading the mod-pac).  This time, I had the 'last battle' set up in the garage manager.  I have attached the archive file.

still not able to recreate it, this time i did see a error in your python.
i have no idea if that is related or not, Damage percent indicator is the one showing errors in your python.
