Where to find certain items in the Mod once you've downloaded it

I just noticed an update titled 'Tanks Top Speed Over Damage' ... where in the downloaded mod, in the selections do I find this? I've always wanted to know the top speed when someone asks me and with over 250 vehicles I can't remember any of them. Any help would be appreciated

Search for Tanks Top Speed over damage panel in World_of_Tanks_NA\Aslain_Modpack\Components_List.txt, it will give you general idea where is this mod on the list.
