1.17.0 WoT Sound Mod Creation Information Help

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone can tell me what version of WWISE is needed for voice mod compilation for 1.17.0 and upload a template for voiceover.

I've absolutely SCOWERED the Russian forums looking for information on this and couldn't find anything. (Also if there's a reliable source for this information, I'd be most appreciative if they can link me to it)

WWISE version should be: Any version from 2019.2.x branch.
