Turret get stuck

I can't move my turret and angle during one of my battles, it just suddenly appeared when i was trying to aim someone and the mouse seems out of control except for open fire, did that happen to anyone else ? btw, the crosshair i was using is  Deegie's Sights GKstd Reake with Blue scheme.

You are not the only one who is experiencing this and it seems to be on the game side. People are having this issue are not using mods at all
