Reload time viwe

In old version before update was able to see in game a time for enemys and allys how long thay reload,also autoloaders and normal reload on other tanks.It was very helpfull expecily for meds or light tanks!!!Can we get that back?

ZJR mod is now time limited, I will not use it with such short time span (few days of life...). Will use old reload that shows circles above and no shell counts.
