you can only adjust the Y-axis, the upper part, manualy in this mod config. c:\Games\World_of_Tanks_EU\mods\configs\oldskool\sixthSense.json

This part:

Change the number, by default it's 5 in config, when you change it to i.e. 8, the icon will got more up on the screen.
