A mod to open a cef browser window in-game on game startup (for clan notices and announcements) so it would go to a specific URL that could be changed in mod settings section.

 

I know this is possible.

 

If nobody wants to actually make the mod, can you give a few hints as to HOW it would be done ? We have a clan member who is learning Python !
