Converted elite XP not used

Don't know if it's the mods or something else - but today (after installing #4) my converted free XP is not being applied to upgrades, it's simply as if it wasn't there (it still gets reported in the upper right corner). Launching the game in safe mode fixes the problem while in safe mode but it returns when I restart in normal mode.

You locked it.

You looked in the top right corner, and should have seen the closed lock 😛 

So, click on that, and it's unlocked again 😉
