how to get the ingame tank screen i used to have but can no longer find

i can NOT for the life of me figure out how to get this colum JUST like is shown ...with tank name Tier pic...back in my game   Please someone HELP me...i HATE the 1 that shows up in the game...no tank name etc.

The Player's Panel preview is about what is on the left side of that contour icons, not them, they are not the part of Player's Panel option. Search them in the non-xvm section, under contour icons name.
