Changing the mod after once it is installed

Hello there

 

I have a simple question which is can i change some options like sounds (click sound when the gun is loaded) or the hangar be 2 collums (i think that's the world) and stuff like this after it is installed and working as intended or i have to delete it and do the installation process again with those thing left out?

You need to run modpack again and then make your changes 🙂 

 

Carousel can probably be set in WoT's settings menu though, I think it's on the left side in general settings. 🙂
