Missing sound in Gnomefather's engine sounds

The only one I really noticed was for the Carro 45t, engine sound cuts in and out. 

I changed engine sounds to another, and it worked fine, just didn't like the sound, then switched back and the cut out and in is back.

Hi! This was an issue I noticed shortly after the initial 1.19.0.1 version was uploaded -- in short, the engine was missing audio blend coverage over a certain output value for engine RPMs (which a recent update had changed). Has been fixed for the next version. 👍
