Freeze upon first right click in port

I can right click a ship first thing in port and get a game crash instantly.  Port interface freezes, windows error comes up (behind game) stating "A critical error has occured."  I've checked integrity, changed a few port mods, still getting it instantly on sometimes any click, but always a right click on a ship in port.

Unable to reproduce with the same mods. What do you mean by right click on a ship? Please explain.
