I could not find an option for "updated Vehicle State (new features added to the mod menu - new gun elevation/gun depression macros"; and, under, Other XVM Settings, the "Team Win 8: Position No. 3 / Win Chance Only" was never visible during battle under the Player panel.

I made small mistake and the installer is not enabling XVM's Team WN8 and WinChance, I fixed it in upcoming modpack.

 

New Vehicle State features are enabled by default, they are macros, not checkboxes or options in the installer. You can edit them manually in mod config or via the garage menu for Vehicle State.

Thanks for the prompt response.  I'm not familiar with the ability to "edit them manually in mod config or via the garage menu for Vehicle State".  Where do I look for instructions on how to do that?  Thanks, again.

If you want use the garage menu, just open it, and enter that macros as you see in mod template info window.
