Quality improvements to the mod along with menu for adjusting options

I will update his mod in the modpack as well, that's what I do with every mod, not special requests must be made to update a mod 🙂

 

But there is nothing to be excited about this menu, now this mod is just yet another reticle dispersion mod, I have already 2 mods like that. So it adds nothing really. All 3 mods does exactly the same, more or less.
