Is there away to download only Esthers hitzone mod

As the title says is there a way to download on Esthers hitzone mod with no other modifications to default client I tried only checking it but it still changed some of my hud

Make sure you ONLY tick that.. and uncheck everything else.

 

At the very top of the list, there's a drop down menu, you can select "Reset" there, and it should make sure nothing is ticked. Then scroll down and only tick Esthers.
