It is enabled without camouflage.
Please remove camouflage in the exterior settings of the WoWS port screen.

 

Momizidani Tubaki is a fox virtual YouTuber who mainly plays World of Warships on Twicth and is a 5th Wargaming Japan Certified Community Contributor. She is a cute fox girl, although she sometimes shouts during play to startle viewers.

If there are no problems with this skin, could you please include it in the modpack?

I have not decided if I want it in my modpack. I have doubts. i.e. I don't like the QR codes on ship skin. Guns and turrets seem to be unfinished (looks default in compare to the rest)
