Improve the random tank selecter so that it can choose vehicles with incomplete crew

There is currently a mod that adds a button which chooses a random tank from the ones you set with in-game filters. The issue it, it doesn't see vehicles with incomplete crew. Is there any way to adjust that? Me, and many others use the same crew for some premium tanks.

Zero chance, It's made for streamers, in short: press random vehicle and go battle. The mod was published only because people wanted it.
