Help on proper setting for player stats in Game

[tankbelll]

I had to install a new client and lost years of happy modding. I can't seem to get the Full XVM startup reporting or  in the battle. stats can't be to activated with the III key. I want to see the entire xvm related report NOT with an Alt key but present ALL the time. Help please

you will have to check what you have selected, not aware of stats showing under ALT
