HP Bars per player

It is possible to integrate a Mod that show at real time the HP Bar of every player? I hear that it's in the OMC Modpack. Would you be so kind and also integrate it?

This is just yet another hp bars, it's not live, nothing special in those, but I had plans to add it so don't worry.
