Equipment auto return; where are the configs saved?

My main PC has what's probably a dying power supply, and I've noticed that even copying the mod folder to my laptop doesn't give me all the equipment setups from my desktop (the mod works, I just have to setup all my tanks again). I'm assuming there's a config file somewhere with that info, and I would love to copy that and keep all my layouts. Anyone know where it is?
