how to locate "_Aslains_Installer_Options.inf" for WoT (and also WoWS)

I had to completely clean reinstall my pc and I forgot to write down my mod list; found  on a usb storage an old setup for LOADINF app, and used it for start, but now trhat I have slowly and manually recovered most of my mod list I would like to save "_Aslains_Installer_Options.inf" for future use (just in case) , but I really do not know how to find it or how to create it.

Can someone plese help me.

I need it also fo WoWS, but probably the procedure is the same.
