how to transfer mod setting to another PC?

I have another laptop which I want to play WoT. How do I transfer my aslain modpack selections from my main computer to my alternate PC?

any idea on how to transfer the kurdz0r mod settings? my battle equipment auto-transfer is not working lol

File should be there, iirc.
