I tried those fixes, but still did not work.

I also tried a different mod pack (OMC) and I still have the same problem!

I feel this has started after a recent minipatch!

Does all fonts work in Office, Photoshop et.c?

 

Repair or reinstall Windows, also SFC/scannow 

could be an option.

I have too same problem  :huh:  i have only aslain mod pack and new win7 new WOT and clear cash in instalation Aslain MP :-(

Find minimapLabels.xc

"heavy": "<font size='13' face='XVMSymbol'>?</font>",
"td": "<font size='13' face='XVMSymbol'>.</font>",
"spg": "<font size='13' face='XVMSymbol'>-</font>",
"superh": "<font size='13' face='XVMSymbol'>J</font>"
}

It should be XVMSymbol as that should give you the correct things.

(don't forget to check minimapLabelsAlt.xc as well)
