Avalon304 Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Hello, Aslain. This is probably an unusual request, as its not something I particularly want added to the modpack, but its a personal request for myself. I currently use the Countour Icons with Roman Tiers option in the installer. I love them theyre great. But I have a bit of a unique problem: http://i.imgur.com/ZWHFTmk.jpg As you can see, Ive replaced my Cromwell B (my other Cromwell is right there in the carousel along side it) with a Cromwell Knight... however in battles, the contour icon still says Cromwell B. Would it be possible to get a set of contour icons (Ally and Enemy) that says "Knight" instead of "Cromwell B"? If not, I completely understand. Thanks for taking the time to read this. ~ Avalon304 Quote
Administrator Aslain Posted September 14, 2015 Administrator Posted September 14, 2015 It seem that WG is using same file name for both tanks, this is why you see same tank name on the Knight, probably because it's just painted Cromwell. Icons are generated autormaticaly based on WG info encoded in client, I doubt I can do it what you ask for without manual editing of image file which is a no currently. Quote

The Knight doesnt exist in the PC version of WoT. Its a skin (and Ive also edited the text files to replace the name and description, and made the carousel icon for it), all I'm looking for is a contour icon to replace the Cromwell B one. I was gonna try to edit the contour Icon myself (strictly for personal use), but I dont know the font or text colour to use. I suppose I can give it a shot. Either way, thanks for the reply. Quote
Administrator Aslain Posted September 15, 2015 Administrator Posted September 15, 2015 What kind of my icons do you use precisely? Quote
