Panther 8.8 doesn't show in carousel, free exp not detected when upgrading modules

I cannot see my Panther 8.8 in the carousel; it is visible when I remove all mods.

 

When I try to upgrade a tank and I don't have enough experience to do so, the free exp I have is not detected.  I removed all mods and it is detected.

You set the Panther 8.8 as Reserve.

Select the Reserve filter, and take it off Reserve again.

 

Look at the top right corner of the garage - click the little lock icon so it's unlocked.
