Operation of Modpack

Once I install the modpack, play a few games with the mods selected How do i change teh mods i've selected?

 

So far , I have re run the install exe and started over each time,

Yes, but the last mods installed are selected so it makes it easier to know what you tested last.

So is that the only way to change settings, then - run the installation program again? I haven't found any other way to do it, and after a couple battles I found that some of the mods I chose are very distracting.

Yeah, just re-run the installer, and make new choices, untick mods, or tick new ones, the installer will reinstall them for you removing unwanted ones. Make sure Clean Install is selected.
