I am talking about the settings for the mod

For which mod?

 

Check the bottom right, next to the notification center, for example.

My settings for the mod pack.. Meaning making changes to my sight and the way I view the game

Changes to your sight, is in the settings menu, where you also would have found graphics settings.

 

Changing to a different sight all together, reinstall modpack with a new selection.

 

Same goes for the other mods. Reinstall modpack with new selections.

 

Otherwise I'm still not understanding you, and if this post doesn't help, then I'll leave this thread for someone else to help, because I sure fail at it, hehe :)
