Language settings on XVM latest and Zooming in when aiming bug

I getting downloading the latest XVM and every time I install it it will not allow me to set English as the language despite it being on the loading screen and the ingame settings are all set to English additionally since the latest update my /xvm latest my gun will not zoom in despite any boxes I tick to select the zoom on the setting.
