Would it be possible to add the NA and EU WGL/ESL camo packs?

Because some of the skins look amazing compared to the horrible look of the tanks and in game camo?

Is there a website, and author? I need all these things to add to installer, and must know where to look for updates.

Wargaming made the mod, they gave the download link out to the gold league players.

Ok, so maybe better explanation, what is WGL Camo Pack, and include pictures.

 

I don't play anything else except for random battles so forgive me ignorance. WGL sounds like Wargaming League, but then what it means for skins?
