Sound issues with the harpoon sights and zoom

When I zoom past x1 the gun sounds are not there it is quite annoying when you don't hear the shot, maybe it is the zoom mod that is broken or the harpoon sight?

 

I have tested with and without / without all works fine and with then the porblem is there

There are also issues without mods at all... typical WG  hehe.
