Hitzone skin by GoHaru isn't working!!!

Reinstall the modpack, select clean DLC folder, probaby files got corrupted.

Already done. Nothing happens. Maybe i have to transfer some files to other sections etc?

nothing extra is being required. the installer should install them, unless you are downloading wrong version (SD vs HD etc) or the DLC package got corrupted durring downloading.

Ok, try to redownload skins by selecting clean up DLC folder in the installer.

Since splitting into more pieces didn't help at all, I will release this mod as single file again. Noticed there is update to 9.15.2, yet the 1.1 works fine to me.

Just note that Goharu installer is broken, and not installing to correct folder, you have to rename from 0.9.15 to 0.9.15.2 after installing them via their installer.
