Pressing alt brings up big list of names in the middle of the screen. Which mod is it?

It's hard to show a screenshot of it since I can't press Alt at the same time as print screen. It's basicly a big list of names in the top middle of the screen that comes up. It's quite annoying since it blocks a big part of the screen when I'm using Alt for other purposes, but I can't seem to get rid of it. I dunno which mod it is, can anyone help?

Team HP by Armagomen, most likely. Hard to tell without much information, such as logs

I do have a team hp mod installed for the team HP bars on top, but this list wasn't there when I played 6 months ago, I might have changed team HP mod though, not sure.

               with extra info under ALT

 

You have the "with extra info under ALT" selected, try deselecting that. (Which lets you keep Team HP Bar)
