Mod version 9.10 is still 9, when you want to download it

Perhaps the uploaded files were mixed with each other, but version .9 ist still online, although .10 is announced.

Downloaded from both US mirrors. Both installers say version .10 but ingame says ver .09 installed

The download on the torrent link is the correct version 9.10.   The torrent link version has Contrabass Icons which was not present in 9.09.  But, the game client still reports that 9.09 is installed when 9.10 is installed.  So, there are two different issues that people may be seeing.
