Why is my GOLD Type 59 a glosy green and were is the dragon from the gun?

You are mixing stuff, don't install Shiny metal and tank skins at once, as for lack of the dragon, the author said it was removed for some reason.

I had Shiny metal in 9.15 and the 59 was not green then so why now?

No idea, mods changed a lot since 9.15.

 

So do you experience this when you removed it?

Not green when gold is uninstalled.

Well installed same mods as you and I see type as gold when I preview it in garage via tech-tree mod.

 

I am using HD graphics and have gfx options set at max.

Have you tried cleaning out the cache, game and DLC? worst case scenario uninstall Aslains mod pack and go into the game file folder and make sure everything mod pack related is gone and then install a fresh copy? I've had to do this a time or 2, seems to clear a lot up as the game folder started to get a little cluttered after a while
