Missing Type 62 Light Tank

for some reason, the Type 62 light tank is not displaying on the carousel.  Dumped all the mods and the vanilla version does show the tank.  I've attached a screenshot showing the crew of the Type 62 are still there (In the Type 64).  Have no clue what's causing this issue...

Select "Reserve" and remove the tank from reserve.
