For WoT or WoWs? 

 

However I don't create crosshairs anymore. If you want it for WoWs you would have to ask some modder like MajorRenegade from NA forums, she just to create few own crosshairs.

 

Honestly chances are pretty low, that anyone can create crosshair based on this tiny low quality picture
