Screen Resolution Changes in Full Screen and Windowed Borderless Modes

I have a 1440p monitor, and currently if I set Graphics Mode to Full Screen or Windowed Borderless mode, it looks like the first two screenshots. In Windowed mode it looks normal (3rd jpg). This doesn't happen if I play in Safe Mode.

 

I have no idea what mod is doing this. I just updated my nVidia graphics driver but no change. I have a 980ti

From the changelog:

- note: If you're having problems with interface scaling after installing Battle Observer on 1440p display, you've to play in borderless windowed for some time, until author of the mod fixes this issue. I will not revert to old version because it contains worse bugs.
