Research Heading Not Translated (Appears in Russian)

Not sure if this is a game bug, or a mod bug... if it's a mod bug let me know and I'll post the log.

 

For my tanks that aren't elite yet, the research heading at the top right appears in Russian, in the context window as well as the main display.

It's not a bug. It's just impossible to change it, since it's part of the script file itself. (And one of the few things that isn't in the config file..)
