Customizing Zoom and Scroll levels?

I'd like to customize the number of zoom steps and magnifications when in sniper mode, and also the scroll sensitivity when in arcade mode.  Are those data accessible in res_mods somewhere after the modpack is installed and, if so, where?  They used to be easy to find but no longer, as of 9.17 if I recall correctly.

The config files for that mod is in the "mods" folder now, and not "res_mods"

So you should still be able to find it like before, just in the new location
