Small Repair kit not able it use on engine or turret

I'm using v.9.18.0_09 pack and can't use small repair kit on engine or turret.

This is old modpack, report always latest ones, currently it's #12.

 

btw How do you use consumables? With keyboard or mouse?

I do both but most of the time I use mouse to click damaged equipment.

I just tried using keyboard only and it works, mouse point and click don't.
