Campaign screen missing the campaigns.....

Went to get more campaigns going and when I get into that UI there is nothing there, I know I haven't completed all of them as I haven't played ships all that much lately

Tried to reproduce, but no luck so far. However I'm only able to take Task 1, so cannot check it more deeper.

I've got this problem as well, but it only occurs when I have the 'No Rust Skins' installed. I uninstalled the mod completely and the missions came back. 

I then reinstalled the pack with the exception of the above skin, and the missions are still there.
