Mods are instaleld in the wrong folder!

So i wanted to update my mods since my mods did not work anymore

 

so i updated the modpack since it said that there is a new version available

 

enabled all the mods i want/need started wot up and it said that here where folders missing in mods and res_mods both are named 0.9.19.1 so i created these folders started the game and it didn't solve my problem

 

so i started a clean wot install and it seemed that wot only generates 0.9.19.1 i moved the mods from 0.19.0.2 to 0.19.0.1 and some mods where loaded but then the client crashes after the loading screen

You're using the wrong modpack installer, according to your logs. You're using the old 9.19.0 one, instead of the new 9.19.1 one.
