Seems like nice sound pack. Only found this youtube link where is a link for dl link to google drive. Does that still work in current wot versions at eu/na/ru.

I have used just voice and BGM. not reload sound and ETC.. 

But, voice and BGM has abailable in 9.19.1.2.
