Contour Icon issue

I have the "Best Icons Ever" by Grandorf - original version checked but when I go into the game it fails to show the correct one and shows an entirely different one.

 

Latest modpack and no problem when running modless.

Tank Icon Maker has this annoying feature it reads installed icons from res_mods, then create new icons from them....

 

Anyway reinstall the modpack with clean up DLC folder.
