Tried MMB. One modded, one default. Looks the same, cant even tell if its AP or HE. Rarely even use this fire mode. What I noticed is it looks like they simply change the model. One second you see shell as soon as it goes some distance from the camera it changes to a glowing thing. Still cant recreate anything even close to preview pic. What I wanted is to see it like on the preview when I normal fire, basically it wouldve looked like SW lasers, easy to see the color, but not too intrusive like other mods, last pic - its just too much stuff when few ships fire at the same target, especially if this target is a little destroyer :)

my screens... First is a MMB... WG has changed the textors, bullets, so that they are now blending* The only clear difference can be seen shooting MMB and in the appearance of the trails behind the bullets.

this prev is ok for shot, when u use MMB / ŚPM - środkowy przycisk myszki. P.S. On the screenshots you added you can actually see how the mod would not work, but I checked with me and it works fine.

😞 guess I gonna stay on default ones, this mod does nothing for me and other 3 are just a bit too much, sometimes cant even see the enemy behind all tracers 🙂

Yeah that preview picture was made before WG changed tracers and shells, but it stills have different color more or less (like in your pics), but forgot about details. On my test AP and HE had different colors (slightly) and I saw yellow tracer sometimes too.

Hm, well I guess I can live with it not being like preview, but its not even close to preview, I actually cant see any difference 😞

Isn't that thing from: "Show account statistics next to selected tank"? GARAGE XVM selected item 🙂 But yeah, logs would help here 😄 And also moving this over to WoT section instead.. since its posted in Warships 😛

Sounds like default XVM is loading, maybe due to some bug in xvm config, so without logs I cannot check this, read my post signature. Quaksen already told you so.

Someone else posted this, i get the same, I havent selected this, plus i dont see my damage caused screen in game same as this person

OK, yesterday I made a new install of the game. I made a new install of Aslains Mod also. It worked till I made a new start of the game. It's like something is eating the game...After every start there are more bugs....I checked all SSD Drives and for any virus....but everything is ok. My World of Warcraft account is running fine...there is only a problem with WoT :-(

If this is so complicated, maybe there is a simpler solution, like a log file that I can check after icons are generated in batch mode?

This mod is working as intended, just checked it alone. After a rework of that effects by WG about 2 or 3 years ago you cannot expect that it will be very visible like it was before. Try different mods if this one is not as expected.

I don't think that replay in your zip or no zip will make any difference.

The problem is local for sure. You provided no longs, no proof, not specifed a mod that is not working/missing. In the most cases it's installing to wrong folder, another case is antivir interrupting the installation.

Three other shell mods above it working fine. Maybe Im missing something? There were few updates for the pack since I began using it so I assume this specific mod is working, otherwise it would be removed, right? Description doesnt have anything like "turn on this" or "install this", doesnt looks like it depends on other mods. Checked game settings but did find anything related to tracers and shells, graphics on max plus as I said other mods work so doesnt looks like game is the issue here. What am I doing wrong? @vito74m

I already unistalled, will wait for next update see if that fixes it, I think I saw another thread with similar unwanted additions after updating 1.24.?

I bet someone got banned and feels it's unfair that his cheats are punished

Run the special application called "Aslains_WoT_Logs_Archiver.exe," which can be found in the game installation folder or as a shortcut on your Windows desktop. This application will create an "Aslains_WoT_Logs.zip" file. It is mandatory to attach this file to your thread. Please note that I don't need any other logs, only the specific zip file generated by the "Aslains_WoT_Logs_Archiver.exe." You can find the "Aslains_WoT_Logs.zip" file in the game folder inside the "Aslains_Modpack" directory
