How about region changer? That's what fixed it for me.

@Aslain Great! It works correctly and perfectly! The installer doesn't hung without locale changes. and PP configs are enabled. (see screenshot. press L.Alt-key) BTW, The reason why Goha.ru skin doesn't visible is files are broken. Probably, as I said, "the server stops transfer" issue. Any word on if the option to enlarge and center the minimap is coming back? I'm so used to hitting Left Ctrl and having it pop up all nice and big, probably one of the features I miss the most personally.

Yeah, the flash files and what not needs to be updated, and that's the XVM team's job Hopefully soon... I miss it. We do have the WoT Expanded Minimap, but... it's not as good.

This is why, you selected it by yourself: Vehicle Contour Icons Contour Icons installation mode for Non-XVM You are installing with XVM, so you need to have it switched to XVM mode.

Just a warning from XVM, they added it in some time ago, very annoying, I will find a way to remove it I hope. It's only causing users to freak out, no other use from it.
