Have you tried to delete old replays from before 9.4? Tried to manualy delete replays manager cache file ?

Download what? The modpack installer or DLC files? From where exactly (mega/mediafire?) ?

Recently I changed email for notifications, maybe this is why, check your spam folder, add new email to whitelist etc.. I am moving to a new server this nite, or next day (shall see), so maybe it will get better on a new one.
