You are installing outdated contour icons, don't do it. That's the cause of your problem.

It used to work, but CT was updated recently maybe the mods has to be updated to include the changes.

Yeah that might be a problem. You have too low resolution, so it's off-screen. Use notepad++ and edit this file mods\configs\promod\artylog\modSettings.json Change "positionX": "1372" to something like "700"

It appears in the upper right corner of screen. What is your display resolution?

Looks like you are having some problem with your pc. Check cpu and gfx card temperatures, update drivers etc. Do the complex checkup.
