Test is ok, but you had to manualy allow it in smartscreen. Looks like it's the cause in this case, when you use installer, you got no notifications from that smart screen?

I have one more test: sed_test3.zip

Test failed here, config was not changed, and not sure why it keeps trying to load sed from system32 instead of current folder.

Cannot zoom in, looks like low res image. But I see no changes in playerspanel.

Are you launching it from the same folder where you unpacked it? I see system32 folder on screenshot.

I'm starting to belive that sed.exe is failing on you. Could you test it on your pc? Attached sed_tester.zip, unpack it somewhere, go to sed folder, and launch test.bat, then test2.bat, send me back playerspanel.xc and screenshot from test2. Thanks.

I only wonder why I cannot reproduce all your issues. Please also test it that way: select my XVM only from the drop down menu in the installer and check if you have issues with XVM only, then attach res_mods + logs from this particular installation.

Difference is that since 06+ I removed javascript from the installer, now it's sed.exe being used to change things in configs like playerspanel.xc. If you can check if that file is being locked and by what exactly. I will however try change installer code, that might help you, I will post test installer here, could you check it out?

Picture is not loading. Did you uncheck the whole Class Icons? that way you disable them.

I would try to reset permissions anyway.

Missing playerspanel.xc in your config, check if the file is not locked or try to reset permissions, the installer cannot do anything with that file and you have issues in game. That is valid for both of you guys. Who posted res_mods.

Any chance you have logs generated durring proccessing (installing) that ? Same as above.

Yeah, I noticed it before, it throws errors in python but doesn't look like it's causing anything else. I may remove it probably, and wait for updated file, people will miss their repair under CTRL key.
